Jason Aldean Tickets

There are not many young and contemporary musical stars who can compete with Jason Aldean. Still in his mid-30s, he has already gone double platinum, released six albums, and made recordings with some of the top singers and songwriters of the era.  In case you were wondering, Jason Aldean's was born on February 28, 1977.

A true southern boy, Aldean originates from Georgia and spent his youth mastering acoustic guitar. Inspired by his father he learned some of the classics of modern country before he began performing when he was only in his early teens.

By 2005 he was making his first album and enjoying almost immediate success. Since that time each of his albums has raced right to the top of the charts and produced a long list of certified hits. In a recent article on the Great American Country website, he did give a bit of a hint about the secret to his success. In the interview he is quoted as saying that "I’ve always wanted to leave myself open to try new things", and it is this that accounts for his many unique partnerships ranging from work with Kelly Clarkson to Ludacris. He admits to being influenced by many different types of music and that even modern hip hop is something he'll turn to for inspiration.

He steps outside of any formulaic approaches to music, and this is why he has won so many awards, packs the different venues in which he appears, and generally seems to create something new and different with each album. Since 2005 he has been nominated for or won a long list of awards that range from Billboard awards to CMA honors.

In terms of the modern entertainment industry, Aldean keeps himself out of the headlines. Unfortunately, the one time he did become a gossip column subject was when he announced that he had acted inappropriately with an American Idol contestant. This led to a break with his wife of many years, and with whom he has two daughters.
